What we do

Boat Lift Installation

A good install starts with the right lift: boat weight, hull shape, water depth and the pilings you have. REBLS installs new lifts, including large 20,000-lb lifts, and sets up the cradle, bunks, guide poles and controls for your boat. As an Up & Out Lifts partner, we can supply the lift too.

Questions

Lift installation: FAQ

Something else? Call 301-997-4991.

What size lift do I need?

It depends on your boat’s weight with fuel and gear, the hull type and your pilings. We size it with you before anything is ordered. The lifts we carry range from smaller PWC lifts up to 20,000-lb models.

Can you install a lift on my existing pilings?

Often, yes. We check the pilings’ condition and spacing first. Rotted or undersized pilings need attention before a lift goes on them.

Do I need a permit?

Some lift work in Maryland waters needs approval, especially when new pilings go in. Ask us during the quote and we’ll talk through what applies to your project.
